These Terms describe the basic rules for using AgentSiteKit. During beta, the platform is provided to help real estate professionals manage a public website, listings, blog content, lead inquiries, and service requests.

Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping account access secure, maintaining accurate profile and billing information, and only uploading content they have permission to use. Agent accounts may be suspended if they are used for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

Content and Compliance

Realtors and brokerages are responsible for reviewing website copy, listings, images, disclosures, license details, MLS references, brokerage information, advertising statements, and any other public content before publishing.

AgentSiteKit helps display compliance-related fields, but it does not provide legal, brokerage, MLS, or advertising compliance advice. Users should confirm requirements with their broker, MLS, attorney, and applicable real estate regulator.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Complimentary beta accounts may be granted at AgentSiteKit or DDM Web Designs discretion. Subscription changes, cancellations, and billing portal access may be handled through the dashboard when available.

Service Requests

Specialist requests are reviewed as platform support or web-service leads. Submitting a request does not guarantee a specific turnaround, price, deliverable, or acceptance of work unless separately confirmed in writing.

Availability

The beta platform may change as features are improved. AgentSiteKit will make reasonable efforts to keep sites available, but no uninterrupted availability or error-free operation is guaranteed.
