Information We Collect

AgentSiteKit may store account details, agent profile information, brokerage and compliance fields, listings, blog posts, uploaded images, custom domain settings, CRM contacts, site inquiries, notifications, and service requests.

Public visitors may submit inquiry forms that include name, email, phone, message, listing context, and selected interest type such as buyer, seller, investor, or other.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to operate public agent websites, manage CMS content, deliver lead records to the agent dashboard, send configured email alerts, process billing through Stripe, and respond to support or specialist requests.

Service Providers

The platform uses providers such as Firebase for authentication, database, and file storage; Netlify for hosting; Stripe for payments; and Resend for email alerts when configured. These services process information needed to provide the platform.

Realtor and Brokerage Responsibility

Agents and brokerages are responsible for confirming that published content, advertising claims, listing information, disclosures, and data handling practices meet their brokerage, MLS, state, federal, and professional requirements.

Security

AgentSiteKit uses tenant-scoped access patterns and Firebase security rules intended to prevent one agent from accessing another agent's private dashboard records. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so users should protect passwords and report suspicious activity.
